Martha's Taco Shop Mexican Restaurant in Texas

"Y'all. Keep in mind this is a taco shop so it's not crazy fancy, it's a small place but the flavor is BIG!!! Stopped on the way home while avoiding traffic and am SO thankful I had this place in the back of my mind for trying it out. GREAT service with a smile. Food was AMAZING!!! Since we were on the road and not getting out to eat I got some tacos for me and tacos & burrito for my Dad. I tried a bite. I didn't even make it out of the parking lot, I had to go ahead and eat all of mine. Of course, then I had to try the burrito - just a bit (research is important). ALL were FANTASTIC!! The sauces were flavorful & delicious too! My sweet Dad can always come up with a critique and his one coment was "man that was good when are we coming back?" Will definitely make the drive to go back. TOTALLY worth it!!!!"

"My 1st time trying Martha's. Nice shaded patio in front with 4 picnic tables. Inside maybe 5 smaller tables. Approached the counter and didn't see a menu on the wall like the typical taco shop has. There's a 1 page menu on the counter. I wasn't sure what I really wanted so I perused the whole menu. I didn't see carne asada, but asked anyway if they could make a carne asada burrito. The gentleman said yes, but it's different. In what way, I asked. We put a combination of peppers & onions with the meat. Sounds good, I'll try that! Also, I was asked if I wanted beans & rice in it too which I declined. I thought it was a gamble that I'd end up with a veggie burrito with a couple pieces of carne & also seeing a microwave on the wall in the kitchen! The gentleman advised it would be ready in about 5 minutes. It was a beautiful day outside so I walked out to move around while I waited. Went back inside and waited some more. Finally it was ready and I got some medium green salsa to go with it and took it home. Oh my goodness, 1 of the best burritos I've ever had! Fresh peppers & onions combined with plentiful amounts of carne asada. I savored every single bite just using the med salsa. Absolutely delicious In my opinion, it's not your typical taco shop menu, but more Tex-Mex you could say. Regardless it was great & I'd recommend it to anyone looking for something different Mexican food wise."

"An adorable taco shop with awesome food. We ordered a breakfast burrito, one barbacoa burrito, and one pork and cactus burrito to take home. All of us loved each of our burrito. My pork and cactus one tasted great. I will definitely be coming back!"

"Not sure if its just me not buying a breakfast burrito since 2015 but 1 bacon egg potato and cheese burrito was $10. But after eating it, it was worth the money. Customer service was amazing and the guy was extremely polite and respectful"
